Development of Land Information Management System (LIMS)

Validation and Verification of Plots
In order to have the accurate and reliable information, it is necessary to carry out this long but important process throughout the towns/trading centers in the county. This gives the county the required information including the number of plots and their owners as well as details of disputed plots.
Tamper-proof Letters of Allotment
In order to curb the fraudulent practice of production of fake documents, Amaptec helps the county to design and produce tamper-proof letters of allotment using a special security paper. Tight security features are identified and incorporated in the paper and the LIMs in order to keep off the cartels and possible contamination of records.

Amaptec offers outstanding property valuation services for rating purpose. The valuation for rating purpose facilitates the preparation of valuation rolls to be used for billing of property rates. We are able to deliver the valuation rolls on time and as per the requirements by using Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA).

Amaptec Consulting conducts valuation for rating based on various tax bases including Land Value (or Unimproved Site Value), Capital Improved Value, Improvements’ Value and Annual Rental Value. The different kinds of tax base are aimed at achieving different economic or social outcomes. The bases are therefore selected based on the long-term objectives of the central or local government. Determination of the most appropriate basis of the tax is paramount for an effective and efficient taxation system.
